I stayed at The Settlement Historic Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved the architectural style and spaciousness of the accommodation. The air-conditioning was a blessing during the scorching 39-degree weather. The reception staff and management were efficient, friendly, and made me feel welcome. I was even given a ride to the railway/bus station on the day I left. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, pubs, and even a Saturday market just across the road. It was also great that the hotel was on one level, making it easy to move my bags in and out of the car. excellent value for the price.
I would recommend this hotel.
